Interview Process Head of People

Introduction

You'll have a 30-min call where you'll meet Laura, our Chief of Staff at Tymeshift. She will be happy to answer any questions you have and she will also double-check your location, notice period, salary expectations, and any necessary key skills.

Understanding how you work

If we all think it's a good match, we'll schedule a 30-min conversation with our Head of People, Corey.
During this interview, we'll cover:
Who we are
The role of the Head of People at Tymeshift
Your experience and motivation
Your skills and special talents!
Your organizational and problem-solving skills
How do you believe you can contribute to Tymeshift's growth
Your questions to us — just as important as our evaluation of you are your evaluation of us. We care deeply about making sure the fit is mutual!

Personality Assessment

We've started using a personality assessment with our teams called TAIS. It helps us understand our strengths, opportunities for improvement, and most importantly how we can best work together to support each other.

The test itself is performed online, at your own pace, and will take 20-30min to complete. After the test, you'll speak with Corey Dalton who works with our team on a part-time basis. Corey will speak with you about your test results and after that, he'll write up a summary which you may keep. Many of us have personally found the TAIS Assessment quite beneficial and we hope you will as well Smiling Face.

Practical Test

If we're all on board that there could be a mutual fit we'll ask you to complete a practical test on helping us to understand how you think, work, and convey information.

Understanding how we would work together

Next, we'll schedule a 1.-hour interview where you'll get to know better our CEO. Corey and Laura will also be there.

During the first part of the meeting, they will share more about their role & teams and answer all the questions you have. In the second part, you'll share your practical test.

We might also have special guests: our CTO or/and CRO or/and CMO.

Meet the People Ops Team

Before the last steps, Duska, Jessica, and Marko will set up a 45-min call to chat. Since you'll work closely with them, we believe it's important that you get to know each other better. This is not an interview but an opportunity for you to learn more about our people & culture.


Offer

The final step is an offer. We'll hop on a call and review it together to make sure everything makes sense and answer any questions you have.
